Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Stickto products. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products cannot be returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Opened consumable products (e.g., stickers once used)

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • To start a return, contact us at support@stickto.shop with your order number.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
