How Stickto works
A home for
your habits.
A calendar on your wall. A visible reminder of what matters to you, and a place to return when you’re ready.

Why I started Stickto
I started tracking my habits on a calendar in 2016, when I was in a rut. Sometimes months went by without the healthy habits I wanted to do. The calendar stayed on my wall, so I could come back to it when I was ready.
That’s the idea behind Stickto: a place to return, even after time away.

Make it part of your everyday.
Choose what you want to keep in sight.
Start with a habit that would benefit from a visible reminder. Reading, moving your body, or taking a screen break might be a good place to begin. Put the calendar somewhere you’ll see it during your day.
Make the action small enough for today.
A page of a book. A short walk. A moment to pause. Decide what counts for you, then place a sticker on today’s date when you’ve done it.
Use the three spaces your way.
Each day has room for three habit stickers. You can rotate habits across the week: reading and movement today, journaling tomorrow. You don’t have to do every habit, or fill every space, every day.
Printed habits. Room for your own.
Choose printed sticker designs for familiar habits, or blank stickers you can write on for something personal. Mix designs and colors in your kit.
What about sticker refills?
Free refills include up to 7 additional sticker sheets per habit each year. Request them as needed, or use the app for automatic refills.
Missed days belong here, too.
Leave those spaces blank. When you’re ready, do one small thing and add a sticker to today. You don’t need to catch up or fill in the gap.
Doing it every day is a bonus, not an expectation.
The calendar comes first.
The companion app is being developed to support your paper calendar, with digital habit tracking and calendar scanning. The app demonstrations show a prototype; features are still in development. You can use the calendar and stickers on their own.
