Your printable calendar
A fresh page for showing up.
Start with one sheet of paper. A few simple print settings will keep your calendar clear, complete, and ready for your stickers.
The quick setup
- Paper
- Letter · 11 × 8.5 inches
- Orientation
- Landscape
- Page sizing
- Fit to printable area
- Pages per sheet
- 1 · single-sided
A4 works too: choose A4 paper and Fit. Your calendar will be slightly smaller.
Print it in five steps
Save the PDF from your purchase email.
Download the calendar attachment to your device. Use the PDF itself for printing; the shop preview and screenshots are for a quick look.
Open the saved file and choose Print.
Use your device’s PDF viewer or Adobe Acrobat Reader. On a phone or tablet, look for Print in the Share menu. If your print options are limited, open the file on a computer.
Match the settings to your paper.
Load Letter paper, select Letter in the print dialog, and choose Landscape. Set one page per sheet and single-sided printing.
Choose Fit and check the preview.
Look for “Fit,” “Fit to page,” or “Fit to printable area.” The whole calendar, month heading, and bottom edge should be visible. Small white margins are normal on home printers.
Print one copy first.
Start with normal print quality and color if available. Let the page dry, then put it somewhere you will see it. Black-and-white printing works too; the colors simply become shades of gray.
Choose paper your printer likes
Ordinary white printer paper is a good starting point. For a sturdier page, try a heavier matte paper only if your printer supports its weight. Match the printer’s paper-type setting to the paper you load, and check its manual before using cardstock.
The calendar has a textured background, so it uses more ink than a plain white page. Print one test before increasing quality or making extra copies.
If something looks off
- The edges are cut off.
- Confirm the selected paper size matches the paper in the tray, then choose Fit. Borderless printing is not required.
- The calendar is tiny or upright.
- Choose Landscape and one page per sheet. Turn off booklet or multiple-pages-per-sheet layouts.
- The print looks blurry.
- Print the downloaded PDF rather than a screenshot. Try a higher quality setting and check your printer’s ink or toner.
- The colors look different.
- Screen and printer colors can vary. Start with the correct paper-type setting; exact color matching is not needed to track your habits.
- I want to print at 100%.
- Use Actual size only if your preview shows the entire calendar inside the printable area. Fit is the easiest option when your printer needs margins.
